Welcome to Junior Achievement serving Michiana!

During the 2012/2013 school year,   Junior Achievement Serving Michiana volunteer consultants completed 345 classes, providing 7,791 students in our service area with over 81,400 hours of economic education.  Our goal for the 2013/2014 school year is to increase those totals by 10%, to 582 classes and approximately 12,870 students.  Ultimately, by 2016/2017, we hope to reach  25% of the county's student population, empowering young people to own their future economic success by enhancing the relevancy of education!

We want to thank all of the teachers who invite us into their classrooms, our terrific volunteers who use their own experience and expertise to make the JA lessons come alive, and our generous contributors who provide the funding to help us open our students' minds to their potential!

Logo for United Way of Southwest Michigan       We would especially like to extend a huge THANK YOU to the United Way of Southwest Michigan who, through their grant programs, helps fund classes at all grade levels in Berrien and Cass Counties in Michigan!
